how easy is it to replace blower motor?

Ive just got back from the garage and been quoted £200 to replace the heater blower motor. Is it a massive job?? Can i get it done cheaper??
Its 2001 Saxo desire if that makesany difference.

i think its a dash out job from what ive heard with most of the heaters on other cars not sure though
