alarm for 1.1i 2002

looking into a security system for saxo, does anyone have any suggestions into a specific system.
i was looking at the :
"Microscan AN550 Thatcham Cat.1 Approved Alarm"
and
"Toad C2"

i realise there is a huge difference but is it worth it?

i have the toad ai606, i got it at a knock down price. Its never went wrong and it does the job and its a cat1

ive got a microscan i broght it from motor world i had alot of problems at first but just changed the unit and no its fine but i was told it can be a common thing with saxos cus they install it where the water runs and also the saxo battery drops over night then it would go off but like i said no probs now, and the end of the day they could of just been tellin me shit but im happy now
