the other day i came to start my y reg vtr and it wouldnt start. so just out of chance i disconnetcted the battery for a while, plugged it back on and she started, , then as i changed gear every time i lifted my foot of the clutch it revved by itself, and when i wasnt touching any peddle it did the same to! i got to work and all the way there it was doing it, then when i got to work i disconnected the battery all day! then reconnectd it and it was fine, its been fine for 3days, and iwas just pissing about with my amp tidying the wires and i started it again and it did it again, so disconected the battery again and plugged it back on without the amp lead and it worked fine, then i put the amp lead on while it was running and it was fine, do you think it could be to with my poor attempt at earthing the amp! but it was fine today in the morning and ten min ago, but i have sorted the earth out now! so do you think it was that! or could the problem occur again! any body else had this problem, or am i right in thinkin it was just because of the ddgy earth on the amp! just so you know the power lead for the amp is connected directly to the + on the battery!
