Check for a air block in the coolin system as this is a good sign that a air block is traped and stoppin warm water gettin to the heater matrix or it could be a problem with the heater section its self.

Try check for the air block first as even a little one could be causing the problem even if its not big enough to cause a runnin temp problem.

as 16V boy said you are either out of water or got air in the system.

Mine has just stopped working too....since the alarm was installed.

Remove the console, and on the temperature slidy thing there are TWO rods - I found that there was only ONE connected to the slidy thing on mine, so the engineer is coming (or I will do it my self :P) to repair it....

Thats a first idea!

***IGNORE ABOVE*** Clifford engineer punched a hole in the coolant line in the car which is why there is not hot air coming out....could you have an air bubble in the system?
