standard central locking

recently my central locking isnt working.

iv checked fuses and changed batteries in the fob. still isnt working.

any one had this problem before and know whats wrong with it??

does it work by using the key and lock

Yeah mate thats fine its just the key fob thats not working. The red light comes on the fob when i press the button but no action at the car.

Im not sure what it could be.

id go for a prob with the fob

maybe a wires come lose

sounds like it could need re-programmed to the car, it's actually quite easy, if i remember i'll post up a how-to later once i've read through autodata

this happened with mine a while ago and just got it re-programmed and it cost me £10 at Citroen. you need your transponder code aswell which if you dont have will cost you an extra £15
