Noisy power steering?

Im getting a noise, or it seems like it, from the power steering, even if the wheels aren't turned (if that makes sense) any ideas ?

it may be the pump is on its last legs. Mine made weird noises when it was coming up to dying.

Though the new one sometimes is a bit moisy depending on air temperature.

Ave u had it lowered cus mine made dodgy noises then the power steer went cus the pipe had rubbed through!!

Mine sometimes makes a dodgy skweeking noise not very often though when i turn the wheel at slow speeds?

Well it went in, Power steering is still noisy, BUT i needed a new Rad, and N/S/F suspension arm smileys/smiley5.gif

If u think the power steering on the saxo is nosiy... got and listen to the power steering on the new mini!!!! When stationary its quite loud!!
