Citroen AX??

My Mrs has a citroen ax, and wants to get a new headunit for it, She need a facia adaptor for it if so where from?

No need... pop the original radio out and theres a recess that the head unit sits in:

yep just like that mate, just put release pins or if you aint got these fw small screwdrivers wil do or even a coathanger then one there in put your fingers in the cassette and pull
