This is the alarm/remote start i have bought,http://www.falcon-security.com/products/car_alarms/ i think it was very good in the process of working out how to install the remote start. Need to work out a few things will let you know how good the remote start is on it. Has anybody herd of this company or bought one of the alarms from them?

Yes i have fitted one of there alarms for them b4 and just went back and took it off for the customer :n: and i am sorry to say i would not touch them ever or deal with falcon. and be carfull if you are putting remote start on a manual car as with that alarm you can start it in gear and damage your car or even run someone over.

Also check with your insurance company that remote start does not invalidate your policy.

may i ask why you took it off? I dont see how i could start it with it in gear because as you set the remote start you need to leave the engine running any leaving it in gear would stall it. You need to leave it running get out and lock it. Then it turns off and you can then start it remotly. The alarm seems alright on mine not had any problems or anything. Cheers
