how to take off the scuttle panel

need to take off the panel at the bottem of the windsecreen around by the wiper arms and there are some weired screws either side anyone know what they are? and i cant use a pliers because its done up majour tight

A Torx screw driver, go to homebase or something n pick urself up a screw driver set, with bits that have a star shape bit on the end.

i used a long nose pliers

you can get them for socket sets also.. often a better option for the really tough ones.
