steering wheel?

Can anyone tell me how to change my steering wheel please. im swapping mine back 2 a standard air bagged wheel?

there will be a centre cap, take it off then undo the spline drive bolt which holds the wheel to the steering column. then take the airbag off of the standard wheel, place the wheel onto the column, tighten up the spline drive bolt, then fit the airbag into the wheel and tighten the airbag up from behind
(2 torx 20's) :)

have u gota disconnet the battery or nefin 2 stop the airbag going off?

your explaination just sounds far to simple lol. and nothing is ever simple on my car.

yeah disconnect the battery first, dont want it goping off when putting the airbag back in

then undo the nuts on the wheel take the wheel off, undo the nut that holds the boss on

take boss off then put your wheel back on, put bolt back in

connect airbag back up push in and tighten bolts at the back of the wheel to hold airbag in place

reconnect battery

also, is the airbag ring sensor in place when you take wheel off, think i had to remove mine

havent a clue. wudnt even know what it looked like to be honest. cars isnt my strong point. but i like to give it a go lol

well when you take ya wheel off

there should be a sensor with a wire connected to it, the wire should plug into the airbag

but i had to take mine off to fit my momo one

Its not sat perfect lol. Plus i wanna wire something up to the horn button. Not sure what yet
