Aren't Endsleigh the company they recommend to students or where students can get "cheaper" car insurance? I've had a few quotes from them before. They haven't been that good tbh.

I'm a student... and I'm with them but i wouldnt overly recommend them. I got a wicked deal but as i keep banging on about.... HAGGLE FFS.
When I tried to add the stuff to my policy I got tortured. So didnt bother putting the stuff on (except my cool lexus lights. thankfully i removed them a few weeks later)
But when it came to renewing the policy they were great (after haggling). I've put in a query about adding the bodykit to the saxo and they've told me it'll be a massive £25 extra.
So in the end they work out pretty well :)

just had a quote of them and its gonna cost me £600 more per year than if i went with quinn. to be honest though the grumpy tosser at quinn has put me off.
all the guys ive spoke to at endsleigh are really helpful, will go out of their way for you and always have a positive attitude. great service just a bit off with their pricing.

Agree totally with that dude :)
They've been great from day one really. plus they have an office at the uni so I can just bop in there and get quotes for my next ideas.
Haggle though. and say you got cheaper from quinn, and see if they can beat or match it... if they dont then they'll more than likely come close which should ease the pain a little :)

Was quoting for my 1.4 furio. When i put in my real job as a computer engineer i got quoted £1500 TPFT with Endsleigh. I went back and changed this to Student as occupation, took it down to £934. Im not a student so went with another company obviously.
Just a note - If you lie about your occupation your insurance policy is invalid and you might as well not have insurance. Dont think you will get away with ti by saying 'Oh i was a student when i took out the policy but i am not now'. That wont work, theyre not silly and you are supposed to notify the company of ANY change to your details.
Hope this helps
