just a quick question as most of you know i need a new tailgate but the question i have is will my central locking and key be comptible or will i need to change the mechanism from the old one thanks any help appreciated

Central locking will work but you will need to swap the lock over

pretty easy to do mate, the haynes maual should sort you out, changing the lock barrel in the tailgate.

changing the boot lock is piss easy, nothing to worry about
