fuel filer neck

anyone ever modded theres?? i need to make mine alot flatter to fit the 17s on.. <img src= "smileys/depressed.gif"> - its the elbow bit thats in the rear arch which bends under and gos to the fuel tank

Guy I think the 15mm spacers are meant to do the trick here?
