i know its a stupid question but ive just spent 1 hour looking for them so where r the spark plugs on a 98 vtr?

red = the bolts what hold it on

thats what i thought i took that off but couldnt see them. only 4 grey/blue plastic tubes sticking out the coil pack , and it didnt look like spark plugs ,is that them?

no you take the coil pack off and in screw inside the head
the tubes your talking about are like the ht leads you normally get

no sorry i should really check what i right before posting
tak coil pack off and where the tubes to go into the engine the spark plugs are screwd down there

are they easy to get out??? as i am in the middle of servicing the wifes 106 and was going to get it done by a machanic ££££££.

My VTR engine gets used an awful lot.

i have no standard pics of my engine so i use yours though now i have bmc off i could take a pic

thre's not to hard to do.
Unplug all the breather pipes, yellow clips hold them inplace. Unbolt the coil pack and pull out. Than use a Spark Plug tool to unbolt the plugs from the holes in the engine. Do reverse to put back.
Do check the gaps of the plugs just incase, pretty sure it shouuld be 0.9mm, Haynes manual says, if it's wrong the heads do move.
