DAB help

:afro: hey people,im after a lil advise,im fancyin DAB in the car, can anyone giv me websites with sum good DAB units that are available, or sum names of good ones. thanks all

Iv got a revo in car DAB in mine, i got it from good will trading or something il find the site and post it up for you! Check my car in the photo/vids section there is pics of it in there!

my brother has had 2 blaupunkt DAB units in his car and they are very good, 1 of which he passed down to me which i had for about 2months. 1 thing i would suggest is get it properly fitted by a car audio shop (not halfrauds) as the areial that is usually supplied by halfrauds isnt correct and dosnt let you appreciate all the bennifits of DAB.

Thats the problem im having jus waitin for the exterior aerials to come down in price on ebay for my DAB!!

jvc 711 and sony dab650 iirc are dab and have aerial,there is a kenwood one but it doesnt come with the aerial,blaupunkt do a few but dont know the models

im afterone that can be added onto my excisting headunit, as it is an expensive one and dont want to change it. is this possable?

this is the headunit i have,n i have just been lookin it up on the net to see if i can get DAB on it, it says summit bout DAB but im none the wiser, help lol

Yeah get the revo one like me if u want to just add it to your existing headunit! Got mine for £70!

is this the revo thing everyone is on bout. how does this work, dus it just plug into the headunits original arial soket, n how does it get its power??

Banger that is the revo unit everyone is on about you get an aerial that sticks to the front windscreen, it is like a piece of tape with two metal strips in in an L-shape. All you need to do is hook it up to 12v supply and earth.:y:
