Guys & Girls. I have a 97 Mk1 VTR and just got two fobs from ebay, they light up ok but cant get them to synch with the car in the normal way, i.e. unlock door and press twice with 6,20 or 30 seconds (depending on who you speak to) I have checked the panel beside the interior light and no water in their to cause problems, does anyone have any ideas about how to solve this without going to a Citroen dealer? not that im stingy but id rather not pay them over the odds for osmething which could be realitvley simple,

£40 for a keyfob and £20 to have it programmed to your car (if you have remote central locking)

Those are figures from citroen so your looking at about £20 per fob to have it programmed to the car.

I must admit i thought it was too easy and too good to be true but all the people i speak to tell me the same thing, even the autodata CD tells the same story, has anyone been able to get this process to work in the past?
