Damn thing wont start :fcuk: I was supposed to be at work 10 minutes ago.
Have no idea what the problem is when turning the key theres just a horrible sound which sounds like a woodpecker coming from where the injector is
Ive tried getting a hairdryer on the engine for 5 minutes thinking it may just be the cold...no success.
Why is it they always start fine anytime other than first thing in a morning when theres bugger all you can do about it?
If its not the cold and injectors screwed then thats approx £150-200 to replace apparently....
Low milage VTS engine to replace instead? mmm

My Saxo started lovely this morning ;) -- Despite having to de-ice the front and back windows :p.
An engine conversion sounds sexy!

No it wouldnt :P You dont understand the lack of power with the 1.0i ive got some catching up to do so only the VTS will satisfy my desires :)
Just got home and starter solonoid is the one making the horrendous machine gun/ woodpecker type noise but theres no power turning anything else over to start the car up
Ive got a sneaky suspicion that my battery is fudged

I love the atitude to engine conversions lol.
"my interior light bulb seems to flicker when its on"
"hmmm, stick a vts lump in it, you will be having too much fun to care about a flickering light"
Swap the battery with a mates car or somthin Willsy, see if they have any luck with your batt or if you have any luck with theirs.

Oh the joys of a Saxo mate.
Least it's all sorted now, but before it gives you anymore trouble get that bloody VTS Engine sorted.

My Saxo started ok today, usually starts better I find with the clutch down on cold days. Must be less weight for it to turn. Only thing to do was de ice everything and stick the heater on!

everything is slow in the mornings.say iff you had to stand out side at night, stood still and did not move at all for hmm 10 hours.then u sore sum1 setting your house on fire, its gunna be chuffin hard to chase him.
when i start up the beast i usually get up a hour earlier and just hug the engine.works a treat.!!
