I got pulled last night, wasn't even driving just pulled over on the side of the road in my estate as i was on the phone, and Police came past and said just got to check everything is ok on your car.

She was quite tasty as well, she was loving my car really ! so i dropped her a few lines !

how blue are these lights - i've got my black angel eyes on the go, and on most of the bulbs (bulbs, LED's, halos) have a blue tint - but not like an obvious blue strobe or out (although i do have some blue strobes!!!)

How many posts are we going to see like this ? Most people who come here moaning are actually let off and are treated quite fairly by the officers they come here slagging off. I am not the worlds biggest fan of the Police and i have my reason's. However i happen to beleive that they are not all as bad as the so called 'officer' i happened to cross swords with.
I was lucky enough to win and in the process prove my innocence. The point is that however bitter my experience left me it still pisses me off when i see people come here whining because they get pulled, for what i might add are legitimate offence's. They are not stopping you for any other reason than the fact that you are breaking the law. You should not decorate your cars with additional lights of various colours especially blue, because apart from making your car look shit they can confuse people. I have had a twat approaching me at night with flashing blue lights on his car and from a distance i took it to be an emergency vehicle, they do have unmarked vehicles and you would be suprised at what they drive !!
So to sum it up if you want to bitch about it have a word with the officers at the time. If you have the stupidity to do it and piss them off enough you will become a marked man and you will get shit loads of hassel however much you cry about your human rights. You will also find they will look at your car a lot closer and probably find other things wrong to hit you with.

Its the attitude you displayed following your neg rep mate and the comment you made in the first place that lead to my post. If you think thats stuck up you really are to sensitive. The point i was trying to make, first of all is this thread was put to bed on 22nd Dec, then you wade in on the 1st Jan with what has to be said in my oppinion anyway, a pointless comment telling us 'The Law Is An Ass'. I doubt you even read every post in this thread before making the comment. The result of this remark gets the whole debate going again on what has to be said is a potential subject for a flame war.

if something is against the Law no matter how supid and pity it may sound then the police have the right to act against you if you break it. Im not a fan of the police and have been pulled over many times just to 'Check things out'. The best time was when they followed me for 4 miles (As if i was not going to notice) and pulled me over.

There was four officers in the car (4, FOUR), i mean what a waste of police resources and WE are paying thier wages. I would have gladly accepted this if i had/was doing anything wrong but i wasnt' They went right through the car, gave me a producer and never gave me a reason. This was when i first got my car and it was NOT modded at all. Needless to say i made a compaint, not that it will make any difference.

Blue lights may seem trivial, but it's still a violation of the law. I can sum up my thoughts with a quote from an earlier rant of mine...It may seem hard to believe at times, but laws are there to protect us. Things would be much worse if there were no rules.

I also see more and more anger directed at the Police, when all they are doing is enforcing the laws. It's a difficult job that I don't think most of us could do. If the laws seem stupid then the right thing to do is to change the laws (not break them). Most of us have the right to vote - use it wisely.
