i recently crashed my saxo, i know i need a new bumber but the wheel arch was also bent! i knowcked it back but think i may have knocked it back a bit too far to fit a new bumber, also any ideas on the best way to knock a dent out of the rear quarter light pannel just below the fuel cap.

Get a mobile dent repairer out... If they don't think they've done a good job, they wont charge you. It's worth a go. Btw, remember that if something has been dented, by having it bent/pushed back out, there's a chance of the paint/surface bobbling (i.e. stretching).

sounds like a body shop repair mate
happened to mums car ( truck reversed into it)
the body shop had to drop the tank as it was near the tank filler cap
but it didnt cost much

Depends how bad the dent is mate, may end up being a bodyshop job mate.
