Do i need if i get 15' alloys 195/50 or 195/45, to keep the speedo as accurate as possible

The speedo does not really get affected. Get 195/45 for 15s just to be sure.

Wont affect the speedo with either of those really, get the 195/45's as they look alot nicer than 50's.

Definetely get the 195/45's they look so much better. Think they corner better as well.

contrary to the above posts....
the difference between 45 and 50 will make a difference. you'd be better off with a 50 profile. whether it fits or not is another matter :)

the 45 profile might be more expensive, but they look better, and save space if you wanna lower your car later! the speedo is more accurate too. check tyre fitment calculator on http://www.rochfordtyres.co.uk/TyreCalc.asp
It tells you how much your speed is affected depending on tyre.
