Check all the manuals for the car, it should be in there.
Failing that, you'll need to contact your local Citroen dealer and give them your registration. Most dealers will charge around £20 though.

it costs £28 if i remeber correctly and u need to order it if you have lost it haha!!
If you phone the citroen dealer the car was made at they will supply it for free but sometimes this is impossible if you have bought second hand and have no record of purchase of the car

The code "should" be in with your documents (handbooks, etc...). Some people choose not to have it there because if the unit's pinched along with the handbooks (including the code) then they'll be able to use it in another car.
I had a similar problem where I couldn't find the radio code. I went down to Citroen, gave them the registration, showed them the V5 logbook just to prove the car was mine, they charged me £5 and then gave me the code. I've never heard it to be £28 though :-S If that is the case, take it to a place as Paul suggested.
