Conversion or New Car?

Apart from having the achievement of a conversion on your car... Insurance wise what is cheaper? A VTR or a 1.1 Converted to VTR spec under the hood.

Buying a VTR. With the engine conversion your car will probably jump upto same level as a vtr insurance wise but they will add money on for it being a engine conversion. Also some will ask for reciepts of where you had it fitted. Or checked over.
