just wondering do any of you lot strap your knees when doing leg presses, knee has been a bit sore since i done my last session, or would you even have any other advice?

My advice is if it has hurt your knee try to lay off it for a week or 2, then come back in with low weights. If you have to support your knee to do it it will never heal properly and start relying on the support.

Cant say I do. Do you take any oils like cod liver oil? if not.. start on them. They oil up your joints, that may be the problem.

as said lay off it a few weeks. i used to squat with a 2kg plate under each of my heels. see if this helps

Nope isnt gud if you gotta strap knees i dont do it either.

look at ur technique sound to me like your knees are coming over your toes or your not pushing through your heals into your lower back! when the weight is on your toes there is alot of poressure through the knees. hense your problems possibly!! also look at alinement, knees in line with hips all the time push the weight in a smooth and controlled motion. should see things iron out nicley if not hit me back!
