Idle problem

Duno if anyone can help but about a month ago my car randomly started to shake lots when it idles, when i increase the revs the car stops shaking as much. Not got a clue whats wrong with it!

does it shake because the revs get very low? if so it might be the idle control valve/stepper motor about £110 from cirtreon
