yeah u dont have to wire it to the handbreak tho.
Its ment so that you will only watch it when your handbreak is up but theres ways around it.

wire the handbrake cable directly to an earth and it will play anytime.
Some units have a seperate tuck away brain unit, plug and play though

that looks nice, how hard are they to fit? i wired up my sub so i kinda know what im doing, not too sure about the whole ISO plug thing, i thought you just unplugged it from one headunit and straight into another, is that right? Id rather do it myself than pay to get it done.
And sorry about the text talk, its just the way im used to typing from using msn and stuf :S

Main problem with the ripspeed unit is no removable face plate iirc. So what with it saying ripspeed and that your askin for trouble

I reckon that would be really poor, 3.5 inches would be really small to watch anything good on anyway.

Read it somehwere before, think it was the max power haynes ICE manual, the bloke made a little box out of fibre glass with fake gauges in it, stuck it over the HU whilst he was gone, was painted the same colour as the dash. If your handy with the DIY, especially fibreglass its worth a try and would look good too probably:afro:
