Do all white Lockwood dials have blue digits? All the ones I've seen have, and I've just ordered some, but I'm now a bit unsure now. Having them ligh up blue was the main reason I bought them though! :panic:
Here are the dials:

If they don't light have blue dials, what colour will they be? I've heard the current green illuminations are due to filters in the standard dials, and not green bulbs (they are infact white). Is this true? WIll this mean I will have white illuminations?
Thanks! (Merry Christmas btw! :drink: )

if you want them blue you will be best off with some plasma dials mate, with the mk1s i think there just twist bulbs on the instrument and you can buy the kits off ebay that would turn them blue, am not sure on the lockwood ones as ive never had them

The plasma dials look really nice, but I couldn't find them to fit my car (110mph, clock instead of rev counter)

well go for the bulb kit there easy to do and look the nuts, or you could buy a vtr/s dial unit and then plug it in, a think the rev counter works when you do this but you will have to ask, but go for the bulb kit on ebay
contact him am sure he does them
