Odd quotes!

Ive been looking around for qutoes for a 1.4 ibiza and 1.4 Westcoat.

Ive made it so when i buy the car (in may) i will have 1 year NCB from a car (1 year NCB before than on ped, but some companies dont take it). Anyway yeah i put im 18 with 1 year NCB, parked on drive, around 2002 model, 8000 miles a year.

Cant get a quote lower than £1300! I thought it would be about £800 max.

I live in a safe area (full of grannys) i duno whats going on.
