I have just bought my first Saxo so have no experience with them. The problem I have is that as soon as i turn the steering wheel (even the slightest movement) to the right it makes a rumbling noise and vibrates slightly.
Its an east coast edition so theres no power steering.
any ideas??

hmmm normally steering rumbling can be simple like the wheels need balanced and tracking adjusted, but the rumbling cna come from a few things.
First check that the wheel bolts are tight. Then take it a garage to let them have a look at it, it may have a worn ball joint.
As said normally it can be associated with unbalanced wheels and tracking

if its pulling to the right that can be sorted by having the tracing adjusted and hopefully that will solve your vibrating problem smileys/happy.gif

sometimes it can be the tyre pressure that is causing the car to pull to the right, so check the pressure first.

i had the wheels balanced and the cars only a year old so can the tracking be out?

yes, even the slightest bump can knock the tracking out, doesnt need to be a lot, but when you have one feel facing one way and one slightly the other then its going to cause problems
