Well as im selling my motor giving it a little service, got to pick up the new spark plugs , oil and oil filter in a min.
Just a quick question, will i need to jack it to access the sump plug and oil filter underneath on a sax 1.1 1997?

I tried to slide under me vtr front yesterday and it was a bit of a squeeze. In theory you could probabley do the oil filter but will end up with it all over you face lol :)

lol, well you can try it dude :) One way to possibly do it is park it on a kurb. The front will be rasied and you can then do the work, :)

I have a jack, was just asking to save myself a few mins looking for the oil filter. some cars can be done without jacking it apparently, so thought it double check

drive it onto some planks of wood or whatever.
If i acn change the oil on my vts lowered 40mm and dimma bumper by driving it onto my 2.5" ramps then you can do the same with a high 1.1
