rear end has been lowered 60mm ish n ive noticed that when the rear end is jacked up that there is slight play in the rear arm it goes up n down slightly. is this just because there is no pressure on the torsion bar or ave i got a problem?

so it does it on one side but not the other? axle bearing.

no both sides. its like im compressin the suspension. it prob moves bout 10mm.

hi there, there will be a small amount of lift at the wheel end due to the torsion bar taking up the twisting force but there sould be no lift at the arm to stub mounting end ,if there is you have afault with bearings/stub pin.If its of any help i do this axles up ,a full refurb or just what you want repairing if you need more info you can e mail me on aapreston@hotmail.co.uk hope this helps ok
