Furio - 1.4 8v 75BHP
VTS - 1.6 16v 120BHP

You do the maths. It's much faster btw.

to be honest I've seen clips, not of saxo's but of various sports cars... One doing 0-60 in 4 secs the other one doing it in 6 secs, there isnt much of a gap created by the time they get to 60. it's only when you plough it down a quarter mile or further that the difference is distinguisable.

a vtr with engine mods could easily keep up with vts, with a furio you would have to do some serious work but not even then...

Well you can't say I didn't help and before anyone gives me bad rep or starts moaning at me.

You'll find the VTS is alot faster because of the 16v. People who have gone from a VTR to VTS don't realise much difference in 1st & 2nd gear, but do in 3rd as they pull like nothing.

everyone knows what the vts has standard and knows what a furio vtr etc has standard so work it out from that yes vtr's can keep up with a vts once they have had a bit of cash thrown at them but if you throw the same cash in a vts then it will be quicker.

the end of ma rant is if you want a quick saxo then vts is the only option and to be fair if you can afford the insurance on the vts you would buy one.
