may sound like a silly question...but i see the numbers on the speedo are in different places to the original ones...does the pin thing know that??? like will it be telling you an inaccurate speed or does it kinda update itself when u wire em up???

matrixracingUK
29th April 2004, 04:06
All standard manufacturer dials are about 5% out in general smileys/smiley9.gif ,when we designed the kit we took this into consideration and settled for the best balance smileys/smiley2.gif ,if you are unsure, the speedo needle can easily be moved back gently to accommodate the variance for peace of mind smileys/smiley4.gif .It all stems from Citroen and Peugeot using the same style dials from the same parts bin made by as many different manufacturers as you can shake a stick at smileys/smiley5.gif
We have been supplying these kits for over 18 months with no issues whatsoever smileys/smiley10.gif

if sum1 cuf tell me if it is actualyl possible to get this done, then it wud b much appreciated! i am guessign that the speedo wud need to be re aligned as the top speed on the dials is higher than what the 1.1 is! but if it is at all possible, then can sum1 tell me!
cheers

dont think that they have relesaed if for the 1.1 yet... go on the website and have a look. You will also find that u can join the waiting list for them and when they have a certain number of people wanting them then they will produce them.
