Well basically my Uncle is looking at buying large amounts of supplements from america and setting up a little business.
He is doing a little research and wants to know what suplements people like, want etc.
He has already picked my brothers and myselfs brains. He just basically wants to do some market research.
So I just need to know from you guys a few things.

1)What suplements do you take
2)Which ones do you find work best
3)Which ones do you recommend
4)How do you prefer taken them, ie powder, shakes, tabs etc
5)How much do you pay for each supplement
6)What size you buy, ie carton size or amounts of tabs
7)What other supplements you want to try
8)Where do you normally buy them from
9)Basically any and all the information about what you have/want/like/do etc

Like I said just for research for him. He is/has gone on loads of bodybuilding forums to ask. I just thought I would ask the people on here.
There is only so much info my brother and I can give him, lol.

Thanks a lot,
rep will be rewarded for info :y:

1) Whey protien, multi vitamin+iron, omega 3 fish oil
2) Have not experimented much to be honest
3) See question 2
4) I prefer protien in a shake with a couple of bananas and maybe peanut butter
5) Whey protien was costing me £22 a tub but i was getting BOGOF offer on that, fish oil £1.49 for 30 caps, multi + iron 99p for 80 tabs.
6) Id prefer the biggest tub of protein to save going back and forth buying more every week or what not
7) None, whey protien is enough for me
8) holland and barrats But i am on the lookout for better protein/variety of protein now
9) Not sure if you mean in general lifting or what? well... for whey protien i want one that doesnt make you vomit and gets the job done, a nice tasting one would be a bonus. As for gym/lifting, i want to add more size then get more ripped.

Hope that helps!

i used to use dorians yates range- creatine, which was powder form, tabs dont digest properly compared to powder. his glutermine, pro recovery and his weight gain which you felt like you were having a meal when you had it
i used maximuscle protein and prolab branch aminos(tablets) as the amounts in them were massive compared to similar products
vit and min took a sports multi from gnc

all of the above tasted nice and worked well

I tried the creatine powder before, and have also has come of the creatine caps. I think creatines a waste of time personally. Saying that, some people do really well with it. I much prefered the capsules as they are easy to eat and dont need to mess about shaking up a drink, but i hear the poweder form is better. pros and cons i surpose.
