HELP!!!

Hi all! I'm in a bit of a pickle here! I have got my driving test tomorrow and i have lost the photocard part of the liscense! I have the green peice of paper just not the card with my pic on it! Has anyone else been in this situation? If so can you please let me know what happened! I need to know ASAP! Thanks in advance, Lee.

I havent but when i was taking my test there was a girl that hadnt took her theroy certificate with her and they still let her take the test.

the thing if you pass the test they need to take your photocard off you so without it i doubt they would let you take it

Ide give them a ring in the morning befor your test and say you have had your wallet stolen, then it dosnt sound your fault like if you told them you have lost it, they will say tuff, you should have got a new one befor your test.

My instructor is going to ask them tomorrow for me. Its my fault i left it until tonight to get all the stuff ready!

they will NOT accept any excuse for it and you will be expected to pay for the test still.

they have to legally take it as proof of identity and to check that it is real.
Thats why they introduced the photocards... a lot of people were getting their mates to take tests if they didnt feel confident

same thing happened to me on the night before my test could not find it anywhere. tore my whole room up was absoulotee bricking it. it was in some trousers that i was wearing from the night before.

just look everywhere in the washing machine in all your clothes

My instuctor is gonna see if my passport is good enough! It does say on the back of the appointment letter that if you have the old paper liscence a passport is good enough! I know i havn't got the old paper liscence but hopefully this wont make any difference! We will see what happens tomorrow!

i'd honestly turn the house upside down!!

try down side of bed, settee, every item of clothes, ever drawer, the lot

u lose the £50 4 the test, plus, u have to book another n wait weeks

Found out i cant do my test! :( well gutted! I'll jst have to book again and this time keep everything safe!

i lost my counterpart a few days before my theory test, so obviously i had to order it again, i could chose both parts n get in a few days or just one part n wait a week or two.. so to be honest you just gotta ring up DVLA n ask them if they could post it extra quickly lol.. otherwise it don't look good mate, sorry.

i was just bout to comment on here just asked my instuctor and he sed na you need both parts no matter what cnt use any think else so when you rebooking it for?

The DVLA are sending a new photocard in the post and they said it should be here in a few days! So as soon as it comes i will rebook the test!

Gutted mate, keep the new one safe or give it to your parents to keep safe for you.
