Im wondering if any of you can help me out pls!

Think my car is turnning into kit, when at sat at lights etc, it revs itself up. at first only a little, but doing it more and more. It started about a month ago, and now It has also started doing it while im driving. I was coming down a hill, and was covering the break, and the bloody car shot forward! Luckily no cars in front!

Also, dont know if it has anything to do with the same problem, but starts second time, First time, it just kind of makes a wierd cough sound????? Not all the time but again, happening more and more

Sorry for boring thread, But its doin my head in, and dont really wanna take it to citroen to find the fault ???????

Right, My partners work mate has managed to get a dude he used to work with at citroen to get it on the diagnostic for me! Eventually! As he is pretty sure it's not the coilpack!

As long as it's for free, It suits me! It's going on later so I imagine at some point today my bank balance will reduce slightly!

my mate had a similar problem with his 106.his problem was some elctronic thing in his throttle.might be that?
