Some bird has shat on my bonnet, little sh**!

Anyway, what's the best method of removing the bird crap as IIRC it has little stones and grit in and I don't want to cause scratches.

Thanks a bunch!

Would it be sufficient to use a bucket of water and a Maguires wash mitt?

Jet wash best, hose next, garden sprayer filled with water next (I do this a lot when I haven't got time to get the hose out). Just don't try to rub it off with anything. :)

my older brothers girlfriend, now wife once used a scouring pad to remove bird shit off his (brand new at the time) BMW 330i. least to say he wasn't happy.

what ever you do decided to do i would leave it too long, can act as paint stripper if left for a while.
