does £30 sound expensive for a good condtion second hand driveshaft? i need one and dont have the bottle or time to fit a new inner boot to mine! :afro:
plus i suppose i could sell mine on the electronic bay!

did you replace bolts etc like it says in haynes manual?
got it for £20! rang back up spoke to someone else he said £20 i ok! lol
where you get them for £35? seen em on the bay but are re-conditioned ones!

i got quoted £30 and paid £24 after trade discount
not too bad, its easy to fit in.
just need the hub tool, undo the wish bone bit (lower ball joint) and knock it out

Depends what condition its in to start with, sometimes the bolts get seized etc...

just get a torque wrench, tell someone to press the brakes whilst the car is running, few nudges and its out
sometimes its a b*stard to get the shaft out of the diff, mine got jammed last time when my gearbox died
