Right, i've got my car back from the bodyshop since having it repaired. There is still some glass in my car and when i turn corners it rattles about under the dash!
Taken a good look and a poke about, the only think i can think of is its in the pipes of the heating system.
How do i get these out or cleaned out?
Or do i need to take the whole freakin dash off?
If i take the dash off the steering wheel and airbag (damn!!) comes off to doesn't it?

Yeah, and after i get the airbag out i need to pay a specialist to put it back in.
Main prob is money. Unless i put a trick new one on, but then insirance will prolly go up cos i removed a safety feature!
GRR!

not sure about having to get a specialist... think you can do it yourself but you have to be careful not to bash the airbag etc as it is very delicate.

no need for specialist when putting the bag back in. Just make sure when taking it out that you disconnect the battery for at least 15 mins to let the arming capacitor discharge

Well the steering wheel removal part is so that's helpful. Everything else should be easy!

tried that. I even swung the car as hard as i could into the drive to try and get all the glass to one side. No joy. The dyson pipe is too thick to get in, none of the attachments work right well either.

just had a thought, do you have some rubber hose? maybe even rubber fuel hose?
Check it can slide down the vents that are the suspect and attach it to the hoover nozzle by means of either heating the end of the hose in boiling water and stretching it over the nozzle or get some gaffa tape and tape it to the end of it.
Just a thought, may save you from having to take the dash off

Good thoughts. Didn't do it today, stuck the mountain bike in the bike a took a trip to the moors with an old mate.
I'll try your idea tomorrow scott, if not we'll see.
Something i've noticed is after quite a bit of a drive over rough twisty road is there is glass in the footwells. This happened on the way up, cleaned it out and happened again on way down. It might clear most of it itself.
