Seen a full set of Yokohama a539's for £168.46 inc VAT & p+p @ Blackcircles, any good?

Seen a few old posts where people have advertised Promotion Code's for Blackcircles, are these still available?

Doesnt seem a bad price, not sure on the promotion codes though.
