Have an alpine headunit in the vts but when i turn the ignition off leave the car then come back the bass levels etc etc are back to normal as in 0!?

My mrs and my mate have the same headunit in their saxo's but when you turn ignition on the headunit comes on, unlike mine?

What do i need to push for it to act like theirs?

Ps this is the headunit...

You need to swap the red and yellow wires over as they are opposite way round. there is an article on this in the faq section i think

Ahh right that would make sense, but surely that would just make the headunit come on when ignition is turned on, which is great but i want all the settings to stay aswell?

Cheers for that feller just had a read and it does make perfect sense both my mrs and mates saxo's are mk1s :) mines a mk2!

So ill take the headunit out and stick the red in the yellow, that should do it as it comes with its own wiring loom :)

Cheers should have looked in the faq bit first.
