Did you check the diff for any damage? Was the car that the box is from involved in any accident???

Hmmm, dunno then! Only reason I ask is because I had a gearbox from a written off vtr and I sold it to a mate and when he fitted it the car refused to steer because of the diff!!!!!
Just didn't want you to be driving down the road and the diff lock up sending you into a wall.

I'd get someone to check it over again personally. Better to be safe than crashed!

I will go get it checked out again then. The steering seems to be working fine so hopefully nothing major wrong.

If anyone else has had this problem let me know.

Cheers

the knocking could be the linkage

jolting could be the fact your maybe notud to the new clutch and is biting better

id still get it checked out to make sure as it might be engine mount
