New car (help with Leather)

Hey all i got a new car. its got a full leather interior. Im unsure of the cleaning Process.

Now do I use leather cleaner on it (the car is 3 days old) or do i need to prep the leather with some kind of substance, Or do i just wipe it with a wet cloth.

Any help would be cool.

If its brand new then you'll only need a conditioner such as Meguiars step#2 Leather conditioner, i really like this stuff as it darkens the leather by a good bit :)
