Right, not ragging it but you know, going at a fair old pace, in third doing 3000 revs then accelerating, my engine sounds like i've gone and put my clutch down a little bit. But i haven't.
It doesn't slip when teh handbrakes on and in gear, only when i'm going at it and driving.
HELP ME!!!!!!!! I DON@T WANT TO SPEND ALOT MORE ON DON THIS MONTH!!!!!

Stick the car in fourth and lift the clutch, if it stalls pretty much instantly the clutch is fine, if it contiunes to run for a few seconds or doesnt stall at all the clutch is fucked.
Other than that, any engine mods?

only induction kit. It does stall in any gear so that sounds as if it is ok! But why does it rev when going i don't get it!!!

its certainly not doing it any good.
Personally if you cannot make your own decent cold air feed or DIY enclose it i would take it off

I had same prob with my vts. had a piperx induction on it an it was awful. Lost power and revs were weird. Changed to a green enclosed an its much better.
