apart from decline bench, whats other ways to hit the lower chest?

as bove better range with dumbells, dumbell fly and most importantly dips as in chest dips. can get a real pump doin them if done right

use the cross over! loads of chest exercises on that or even single pully will do! there is one i call the lateral let down - very similar to a lateral raise motion but the other way around! pull the weight down from shoulder height to just infront of your navel! - if that makes sense again typring fast as at work... my bad

dumbell flys but turn ur arms in so ur knuckles meet at the top of each rep
