very quick mot question

just booked mike in for the mot and forgot about the big dent in my alloy. is this a fail? im sure it is so if i put the spare on is that a fail? coz i think the spare is a smaller size aint it?

i think it is if the tire wall is damaged i might fail they don't care about the alloy and using a spare shouldn't matter hope this helps
