Following on from my other thread about a possible turbo project......
It's a go!
Just bought a VTS engine, gearbox, wiring loom, ecu, key and transponder!
Going to rip the 1.4 engine out at the weekend, VTS engine should be here by then and we can start to strip it down.
It will be totally rebuilt from the ground up with all new parts.
Going to sort the bodywork out while the engines out, going to smooth the bay off and give the car a full repsray inc inside and the bay!
Quite excited now!
If anyone has any turbo parts etc drop me a PM as i could be interested!
This is the car its all going in/on

Weld all the small holes, panel joins, remove unused mounts and bolts etc Then paint everything. Looks smooth and tidy!

The saxo is still going but its just very very time consuming and expensive. I Have probably spent over £10,000 on it. I think the main reason for it taking so long is down to other commitments and money. Im still only 19, i have 4 cars and this saxo is bloody expensive.
It will get done. Its away in Wrexham at my friends at the moment getting the hydraulics fitted. I was hopeing to get it done for this Donny but that looks very very unlikely. It will be done when its done i suppose, it the most compleate project i have ever seen, its got a concept style interior, everythings been changed!
When it gets back here, which should be a few weeks time ill put a video up of it then people will belive its still alive!

Haha @ Matt.
You said it would be defo ready for Donny and I can't believe you have spent £10k on Saxo - by time it hits the road, it will be tax exempt ;)
