Hi All,

I'm looking to get my car lowered as soon as I have the money, but I don't wanna go any lower than 40 - simply because I want handling and ride comfort - not looks!

I have these (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1-x-Set-Of-Eibach-Pro-Kit-Springs-Citroen-Saxo_W0QQitemZ280014393377QQihZ018QQcategoryZ40192 QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem) on Ebay and I thought they were expensive?

What do you think? Surely 30mm would be spot on for handling.

they are expensive but IMO you are paying for some of the best springs around.

I use them on all my cars and its surprising how much difference a quality spring makes

30mm keeps the suspension geometry correct and perfect for sharp controllable handling

I was actually looking at these too

I heard that they are a fairly good with the standard dampers... is this true? :)

Luke im running Eibach springs and Avo shocks... the ride is very stiff man so if you like your comforts don't bother... good on flat roads mind.. bumpy roads suck though :P

Heard good things about these and I intend to buy a set also, the bit that attracts me to these is the improved handling but importantly for me the ride still being comfortable.

Group Buy (nudge nudge) ;)

Good point Cloud, I'm just wondering if anyone else is running on Eibach springs, what do you think of the ride?

The MOST 2 important things are COMFORT and HANDLING. They are a must!

The harch ride could be the Avo shocks rather than the springs IMO.

The pro kit on standard dampers is quite an enjoyable ride. Firmer without being crashy.

Often what people do is combine them with adjustable dampers and set those on the stiffest setting then wonder why they bounce all over the road

i have the eibach pro kit on my vtr, it's down 30mm and i have gmax shocks. the ride is fairly comftable on smooth surfaces and good on the bumps. but i have also done the bushes too using the powerflex ones.

I was looking at the exact same springs aswell. I wanna put them over the standard shocks; would this be okay for comfort?

And the Koni ones looked okay; and they lower 35mm. Anyone know much about the Koni springs?
