Hi all, a small washer jet problem. Theres water and screen wash in the resevoir but when i pull the stalk to make them squirt it just trickles out of the washer. Whats that all about?
I've tried puttin a needle in the hole to free up any shit that might be in it but it still trickles. Its a bit irritating at this time of year with the windscreen needing cleaning every 2 seconds...Any ideas? Cheers all

get some thin wire and poke it all the way down the hole.

Blocked pipe or motor problem - if motor working fine (which you can hear), then it's likely you have a kinked/blocked pipe/crap in your reservoir.

Ive had this problem and they got worse and worse untill all you could hear was the motor running, mine turned out to be a vavle on the motor section at the base of the washer bottle, I had to have the motor replaced as it was all part and parcal Main dealer part - but it wasnt too expensive either £12 or £20 cant remember cos I had it done along with someother work before a MoT.
Even if you can hear the motor it may need replacing :-)

If you know a local garage they might be able to blow the blockage out with a compressor.......
