Mirror, Mirror!

Now then, now then...

Went to the carwash when i was running around like a madman last summer and the bloody thing nearly took my drivers side wing mirror clean off. Ill try for some pics tonight but i was just wondering how much people on here have paid (inc. fitting spraying all that malarky) for any kind of mirrors...


Currently the black plastic basplate is cracked and the mirror is very fragile so it ends up facing the door if anyone brushes past it (doesnt seem to happen when driving at speed tho....)

Anyway, cost, ideas for mirrors, any of them old chestnuts much appreciated. Got the MOT at the end of feb too, will that sting me for it?

Dont wanna spend silly amounts as i have as much money as the continental debt of Africa to my name.

Just get some replacement standard ones from a scrap yard mate. Wont cost much.

yeh i would do that ^^^^^^^^ unles your intentions were to change them at some point anyway

Cheers, does the coloured cap snap back on or will i need a replacement? or some strong glue!?

I glued mine on mate, piesh of pish. They arent hard to come by without the caps, check a scrappy or def ebay they always have em. Will be cheap as you only need one and they dont normally go too well obviously
