Rightio I'm not too sure if I'm still covered on my insurance or not.
It says on my paper work 22nd June 06 - 22nd Feb 07 on the 10 month bonus thing...I changed my car on the policy this is when I started it on my new car.
Then on another piece paper says it started from 22nd Feb with 10 monthly payments ending on 22nd Dec 06.
I've now just got a letter through with my renewal quote which will be renewed on the 22nd Feb 07.
So basically I want to know if i'm covered for Jan and Feb when i'm not actually paying out on the Insurance?... :S
Sorry if it doesn't make much sense! lol
Please help! :)

As it was an accelertor i would say a big no tbh as otherwise there would be no point in having the scheme, ring them though, ask if they could bring it forward

Fair enough, how does that work then and whats the point of an accelerator if it is a full years cover

Basiclly the quicker you pay there money off the better for them, so over that 10 month's your paying more each month...

Ah rite, i always thought the reason you did them was to skip a few months at the end so you get NCB faster and you pay for the privilage, not just pay it off early

i think everyone misunderstands. whenever iv checked out quotes on elephant, its more expensive to take the 12 month deal, cheaper to take the 10. so u save money
